Hobbies outside of training & competing?

Relaxing with family and playing with my daughter addison, travel and shopping.

What are 2 training tips you would give to aspiring athletes?

  • It’s important to keep up energy levels during intense training and games, so i use balance products to help get me through a hard session.
  • Focus on improving a particular skill in every session, make them all count.
