Balance 100% Beta Alanine is a naturally occurring amino acid that is one of the building blocks of carnosine, a molecule that helps buffer acid in muscles, which can lead to greater athletic performance and prevent muscle fatigue.

HOW
Add 1.2g (1/2 teaspoon) of Beta Alanine to 200ml of water. Alternatively, mix with pre- workout product. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. Consume 15- 30 minutes prior to exercise.

Some users may experience a ‘pins and needles' sensation as Beta Alanine activates nerve receptors below the skin. This tingling sensation can begin 15 minutes after taking Beta Alanine and lasts for up to 90 minutes. Carbohydrates and other foods may blunt the effect which often subsides over a few weeks’ use of Beta Alanine.
