Pina Colada Protein Shake

Makes: 1 serve

 

INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:

250ml coconut water (unsweetened)

1 Tbsp lite coconut milk

1 pineapple slice (canned, in natural juice)

1 serve (28g) Balance 100% Whey Vanilla protein powder

Ice cubes to serve (optional)

 

STEPS:

1. Place all ingredients in a high powered blender and blitz until well combined

2. Pour into serving glass with ice cubes for a refreshing summer shake
