INGREDIENTS YOU'LL NEED:
2 bananas, frozen1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
200ml coconut milk, canned
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut oil
2 scoops (56g) Balance 100% Whey Vanilla protein powder (use Balance Plant Protein Vanilla for a dairy- free option)
STEPS:
1. Peel and freeze the bananas overnight.
2. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix well to combine.
3. Pour into serving dishes and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
